Shipping Policy

Currently we only ship within the US. As we continue to evolve the hope is to ship internationally as well. If you have any inquires, please do not hesitate to reach out. Exceptions might be considered. 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We package our items to ensure protection of goods. Fedele Atelier is not responsible for damages or lost packages in transit. If anything happens to your package, please reach out to the shipping provider to file a claim. 

Returns & Exchange Policy

Fedele Atelier is a one person, small business. Due to this, jewelry items are not able to be refunded. If you are unhappy with your purchase or it does not fit, we will accept a return for exchange or store credit within 10 business days of your receiving the original order. Returned items must be in original condition. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect to check the condition. If it is found damaged or worn, the return will not be accepted. Shipping fees for return and exchanged items are at the expense of the customer. Fedele Atelier is not responsible for damages or lost packages in transit for returns or exchanges. 

Please take the time when ordering to be sure the ring or bracelet size should fit. We suggest stopping in a local jeweler to be measured. You can also purchase an inexpensive plastic ring and bracelet sizer on Amazon if needing. Measure in evening and when your fingers are warm. 

All artwork including prints, paintings, and mixed media pieces are final sale. Returns and refunds are not accepted.
